These terms cover your use of the Praxa website and early-access list, operated by New Odyssey (“we”, “us”). By using the site or joining the list you agree to them.

The early-access list

Joining the list registers your interest in Praxa. It doesn’t create an account, commit you to buying anything, or guarantee access on a particular date. We’ll invite people from the list as places open.

Product information

This site describes Praxa as we’re building it, and what it does may change before launch. The terms that apply when you sign up to use Praxa will be shown to you then and will take precedence.

Acceptable use

Don’t submit someone else’s email address, attempt to disrupt the site, or use automated tools to submit the form.

Intellectual property

The Praxa name, logo and the content on this site belong to New Odyssey. You may link to the site freely.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that can’t be limited by law.
