What's new in Praxa

Improvements that shipped in Praxa, newest first. Only changes a customer can see are listed, each with the date it went live.

Changes

  1. Praxa is open: SOPs drafted from screen recordings

Record your screen in the browser or upload a video, and Praxa transcribes it and drafts numbered steps with a screenshot for each and a quiz, for you to edit and approve.

  2. Assignments, training paths and progress

Assign an SOP to a person, a role, a location or everyone, or order SOPs into a training path for a role. The Progress page shows who finished, passed or is overdue, with CSV export.

  3. Plans with a 7-day free trial

Starter, Team and Business plans are open, priced by authors, videos and learners, each with a 7-day free trial. A free allowance lets you record and train a few people first.

  4. Training links from the sign-in page

Someone who has been assigned training can now get their personal training link from Praxa's sign-in page, and quiz results mark the right and wrong answers more clearly.
