Security and data

How Praxa handles your data

Everything is kept separately for each workspace and only its members can see it; a learner's link shows only the approved SOPs assigned to them. Data is hosted with Render in the United States, files are stored with Cloudflare and served through short-lived links, and OpenAI and Anthropic may not train on what they process.

What Praxa holds

  • Recordings you make or upload, their transcripts and the screenshots taken from them.
  • The SOPs and quizzes you write or approve.
  • The people you train: name, email, role and location, what's assigned to them, when they opened and finished it, and their quiz answers and scores.
  • Learners' personal training links, kept encrypted so they can be sent again.
  • Your team: names, emails and roles.

How long it’s kept, and how to export or delete it

Everything is kept while the workspace exists, including after a plan ends. An owner or admin can erase one learner's data, deleting an SOP deletes its recordings, screenshots and records, and the owner can delete the whole workspace with its files. Each export and deletion is recorded in the audit log without the personal data.

The full detail is in Praxa’s data export and deletion policy.

Who processes it

Service providers (subprocessors), each on our instructions and only for the purpose shown:

  • Render: hosting, databases and backups, in the United States.
  • Cloudflare: private file storage (R2).
  • Stripe: subscription and license payments (card details go to Stripe, never to us).
  • Resend: sending email.
  • OpenAI: transcribing recordings.
  • Anthropic: drafting steps and quizzes from transcripts.

Questions and security reports

Praxa is run by New Odyssey. To ask what we hold about you, to have it exported or deleted, or to report a security problem, email clio@new-odyssey.com. The privacy policy covers the rest.

Questions buyers ask

What happens to my recordings, and does AI train on them?

Praxa sends a recording's audio to OpenAI for transcription and the transcript to Anthropic's Claude to draft steps and a quiz; neither may train on it. Each workspace's data is kept separately, hosted with Render in the United States, with files stored with Cloudflare. Owners can export everything or delete the workspace with its recordings.
